A massive congratulations to Lisa and James – the brand spanking new Mr and Mrs Scowcroft who tied the knot yesterday at De’Vere Cranage Estate, Cheshire. I can say with absolute confidence that the newlyweds and their bonkers family and friends had the most amazing day! Despite the wet and gloomy start to the day and Lisa’s epic disappointment that she could not have her dream outdoor ceremony the day gradually brightened and even treated us to a beautiful sunset. Extra special shout out to all my fellow Welshies for bringing back my ‘valley girl’ accent and treating everyone to a compulsory impromptu sing-song at night. Don’t think the English will ever quite understand why the Welsh can’t have a few shandys without breaking out Calon Lan and Hymns and Arias! Here are your highlights.
