Stunning Merrydale Manor Wedding

Merrydale Manor Wedding Photographer

 

I think I can safely say I was absolutely bouncing with excitement when it finally came to shoot the stunning wedding of Laura and Oli. To find such a stunning couple who were so down to earth, lovely to be with and all round fabulous human beings felt like winning the lottery! These guys are the extra special golden unicorns that all wedding photographers dream of shooting and sharing their day. They of course get extra bonus points for keeping me within arms reach of a glass or prosecco for most of the day and handed over their canape tray to me and my amazing second shooter Jess to make sure we didn’t get hungry! Darn it! This means they are gorgeous; have incredible taste; fantastic fun to be with plus they are super kind and intelligent (the canapes could have been to absorb the fizz…) I’m not sure I will ever again find a couple so perfect! If you then add on the fact that our swoon-worthy Groom, Oli blubbered through most of the day (I didn’t even need to pinch his arm/poke him in the eye) – thanks Oli! Plus everyone partied like it was their last night on earth; Laura’s friends picked her up (then dropped her) and Laura and Oli happily came outside and stood in the rain because I said I might be able to get a decent photo. Sooooooooooo much LOVE!!!!!

If I wrote about all of the incredible highlights of the day, it could probably publish it as a short novel and as the saying goes ‘a picture tells a thousand words’ so scroll on down and enjoy.
